Tract 1: 17.4± ac with access off of Whippoorwill Drive. This tract includes the following buildings: A 40 ft. x 66 ft. metal pole building with complete concrete and electric. It has a 14 ft.H x 18 ft.W overhead door on the side with concrete apron and a 20 ft.W x 14 ft.H overhead door on end. There is a 9 ft. x 12 ft. interior room.
